Shipments And Returns

    Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via one of available couriers in some cases by traditional post. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.  If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@yerbamate.ie stating your order number, and you will be refunded in full, providing the order hasn’t been shipped. If the order has been shipped, it can be returned, unused for a full refund. For unwanted items, the period for returns is 14 days.
